Skipper STEM Homework: Due Monday 6th October

Students need to access the school website using their school usernames and passwords.

They should then click on the “Rock On!” button. This will take them to the expedition website. There is a link from here that says texts. On the texts page there is a video called “James Hutton: Thinking Like a Scientist”.

Student should watch this video, then in their STEM books answer the following question:

“How did James Hutton think like a Scientist?”

Use some of the following keywords in your paragraph:

Theory, Evidence, Idea, Connections, Prediction, Curiosity, Observation, Question, Presentation

 

Student without internet access have been given a transcript of the video.
