XP is an academically rigorous mainstream secondary school open to admissions from children across Doncaster.

Our aim is for all that attend XP to be able to go to University after experiencing seven years of working hard, getting smart and being kind.

We are a deliberately small school, with 25 children in two classes per year, starting with 50 students in Year 7 in 2014 growing to 350 students from Year 7 to Year 13 in 2020.

hi, i would just like a bit of information really,
my son is age 8 almost 9 , and one of his teachers recommended i look at this school as an option for when he is at high school age. as i have concerns about him going to our local high school.
hopefully i will hear from you soon
    regards
    T Howard

  2. I was wondering how you arrange a visit of your setting and what availability the school has in year 7 and 9

    • Hi Heather, thanks for your enquiry. You can email [email protected] to arrange a visit.

We currently have only Year 7 and next year will have Year 7 & 8 etc. So we don’t have a Year 9 at the moment. Our current Year 7 cohort is at capacity.

      Best wishes

Hi is there any reasons why a child wouldn’t be excepted into an xp school I currently home educate my child and we are still in discussions about sending her to high school. Would you be having an open day/evening so I could come and discuss my worries.

    Thank you
    Maggie c

    • Hi Margaret, students are accepted to our school on a lottery basis. The curriculum is quite demanding but we have a broad mix of students in our current Year 7 cohort. How old is your daughter? I ask because we have already had our open evening this year for 2015 enrolment.
