All year 8 X Block groups have an I Am Learning task to complete, based on preparing for physical activity. The homework ties into the STEM expedition that students have been doing.
Students should log into I Am Learning as usual to complete the task.
Each student has a set of personalised number and basic algebra practice questions in Mathletics. These are due on Wednesday evening at 8pm.
Skipper have two I Am Learning activities to complete based on circuits and energy.
Students will need to revisit any previous Mathletics where they did not meet the recommended 85%.
Admiral have a range of Mathletics number practice exercises set. Students should not use a calculator, but it is good practice to have pen/pencil and paper to do working out.
Deadline is Tuesday at 8pm.
1. Respond to all pencil marks in Maths book from work on 1st July. Documents with questions, useful formulae and quantities/units have been posted on classroom. This is really challenging stuff, so encourage your son or daughter to email with questions if they need some advice.
2. Respond to any other pencil marks from before 1st July in Maths book. Students need to check the front and back of their books to see I have flagged anything in their rough work.
These are both due on Monday morning at 8.30 am
3. MATHLETICS: Each students has been set 6 exercises of number practice.
4. I AM LEARNING: Making predictions using circuit diagrams.
These two technology based tasks are both due on Tuesday at 8.00pm.

Students have critiqued ideas. We came up with a set of criteria for our final crew logo design. Their final sketches must be done for crew at 8.30 AM on Monday 6th July.
